You were another week older and another milestone had been reached.
You smiled!
And it was just as beautiful as we thought it would be.
But it was a little bitter sweet.
Because it was the first 'first' that Daddy missed.
Mummy messaged him straight away and we spent the next few evenings
doing all we could think of to get you to repeat it for him to see.
But it didn't take you long.
It was amazing.
It was heart-melting.
We felt so incredibly proud of you.
