In Thursday's photo you can see our beautiful girl modelling a Bug in a Rug.
Its such an ingenious baby blanket
and we've been using it lots
to keep our precious little bubba cosy in this colder weather.

It reminds me a bit of hooded towel,
only it has little foot pockets as well as a hood,
so you can wrap your baby up in it,
knowing that they won't work a foot out and get cold.
It's also fab because you can easily use it in a car seat
and just transfer the baby in and out
without them having to get cold while you take a normal blanket off.

I know that a lot of people prefer a snowsuit when the weather is cold,
but I really do think this is far easier to use.
It's much easier to wrestle a wriggly baby into than a snowsuit with arms and legs
and you can easily undo the velcro and unwrap the baby
without needing to disturb them
if they fall asleep while out and about.

We went for the white fleecy Bug in a Rug,
but there are lots of other colours available.
And it comes highly recommended from us.

  6. Cute - as ever! We had that activity cube and both of mine loved hiding inside it far more than the activities on the outside!
