hidden {see it snap it love it}

Hidden.
In a secluded garden.
Behind a secret gate.
A mop of fair hair comes into view.
A tiny hand appears,
four chubby fingers and a thumb grip the wooden gate;
their owner is still hidden . . .

. . . until suddenly a face is seen through the gate.
The hidden character
becomes a face.
 A face that instantly breaks into a beaming smile.
A beautiful boy.
Hiding behind a secret gate,
in a secluded garden,
in the sunshine.

I thought I'd do something a bit fun with the 'Hidden' theme,
so you get a little story from me.
All about a beautiful boy and a beautiful gate in a beautiful garden on a beautiful day.

The 'Best Friend' photos linked up last week
were quite frankly gorgeous.
It was really heart-warming seeing so many lovely photos of friendship.
I chose this little collage as the Photo of the Week for last week
It comes from Jess at Catch a Single Thought.
Not only did she share this lovely collection of photos showing sibling love,
but she shared a great poem too.
She gets to show off the Photo of the Week badge if she wishes to.

And she has also chosen the next challenge theme
which will be 'Everyday'.
A fab, open-ended type of theme and I can't wait to see what you all do with it.

But this week is all about 'Hidden'.
So get those posts linked up,
add the badge and/or link back here,
tweet your links to @dear_beautiful_ and I'll do my best to retweet them
and try to share some comment love with the other people taking part.

    1. You're entitled to a bit of time being a couch potato when you're feeling rough, but I'm glad your feeling better and will look forward to seeing you linking up some of your lovely photos. X

  4. Oh bless him!He was very well hidden in that first photo - I didn't spot him at all until I read what you had written underneath. At first glance I thought you were showing the gate as hidden!

    Super sunny summery images x

    1. Hehe. He was very well hidden, but then that was the idea. I was so pleased with these pictures, it's so much easier to take nice ones when the sun is shining. X
